The program focuses on building strength and stamina in the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In addition, as you build up muscle mass, you will release pressure on the joints. The exercises teach awareness of the breath, alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen all of the body’s muscles.
As a part of each class, there will also be various soft stretches which will be used as a cool down bringing you to relaxation after each class.
If your looking to improve circulation, get muscle tone, keep fit & healthy or just lose weight, then this class is right for you.
We welcome people of all shapes and ages! Everyone is encouraged to work out at their own pace. No fitness background is neccessary,
and the exercises will be modified according to your capabilities.
